Grace has experience traveling to retail stores to engrave perfume bottles, adding calligraphy to bourbon labels, and embossing names onto “gift with purchase” makeup bags. Her degree in Public Relations and background as a corporate event planner for a Fortune 100 company thoroughly prepares Grace to act as an extension of your brand at your experiential marketing events.
A three-hour minimum at $175/hour applies within 20 miles of Birmingham, Alabama. For events outside of that radius, please contact Grace for a custom travel pricing package. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
01. Grace can engrave approximately one glass per minute, assuming a limit of one or two words. It regularly takes attendees longer to decide what to have engraved than for Grace to actually engrave it!
02. Grace has trained, professional event activation liaisons who help manage the crowd, clean the glasses, and return them to the patrons or package them for later pickup.
03. Expecting a lot of people? No problem! Grace can scale her team to meet your event’s needs.

Whether given as a gift, a thank-you to a valued client, or to commemorate a special occasion, few things represent the ideal application of what Grace Calligraphy does like fine liquor bottle engraving. Permanent, visually distinctive and available with either silver or gold gilding wax, engraved bottles can live on on the bar cart event after they are empty. Due to safety concerns, Grace Calligraphy does not engrave on champagne bottles or other carbonated/pressurized glass bottles. In those cases, Grace uses a paint pen to personalize your bubbly bottles.
